RULES

• Only plastic hockey sticks are permitted (handle and blade).
• Slap shots are not allowed.
• Hockey sticks must be kept below shoulder height.
• A player may not remove the ball from another player by lifting the other player’s stick with his/her own stick (hand protection).
• Players may not throw their sticks.
• Players may not grasp the ball (close their fingers around the ball).
• The hand may not be used to pass the ball.
• No checking is allowed.
• Goaltenders must stay in a set goal area.
• Players must respect a set zone so that an offensive player can leave the defensive zone with the ball after a goal or time out.
• After a goal is scored, the team leaving with the ball must wait until the other team is in position before play restarts.

General Rules

o that teams are balanced, the league coordinator may exchange players among the teams during the first two weeks of the season.

Change of players : players may be changed while the ball is in play or during a time out. Also, the goaltender may be replaced by a fourth offensive player.

Minimum number of players :

A team must have at least four players in its lineup at the beginner of a game or forfeit the game. The game can go on, however, and players will be borrowed from the other team.

Game time : two 25-minute continuous periods.

2 points for winning a game

1 point for a tie game

0 points for a defeat

Playoffs will be held at the end of the season. All teams will take part in the playoffs.wever, and players will be borrowed from the other team.
